We understand that collecting and purchasing TCG products is a serious passion, and we strive to deliver all items in excellent condition. Please read our returns policy below:
Change of Mind
We accept returns within five (5) days of receiving your order, but only if the items are still in sealed, original packaging and in resalable condition. Please contact us first before sending anything back. Returns for change of mind will not be accepted beyond this period.
Return Process
To initiate a return, contact us at sales@mythicpullstcg.com with your order number, the reason for return, and photos if applicable. Once approved, items must be sent back securely. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, please notify us within thirty (30) days. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and images of the item. We will offer:

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for opened or damaged items caused by misuse or mishandling. No returns are accepted after five (5) days unless the item is defective.

We try our utmost to ensure you receive an excellent delivery service. If something goes wrong, we will try to rectify it, but we do not offer compensation for missed, delayed, or incorrect deliveries.
Delivery may be made by courier, delivery company, or post office depending on the item type, your location, and the selected service. All deliveries require a signature upon receipt.
If a third-party mailbox or collection service is used, we are not responsible for loss or damage after delivery is marked as complete. We will provide a standard proof of delivery.
CardVaultTCG LTD is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by the customer due to lost, delayed, or misrouted parcels.
Charges
Delivery charges are shown at checkout and based on product weight and location. We reserve the right to adjust charges after order placement if errors or area limitations are found. You will be informed before proceeding.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary. The usual estimate is 3–5 working days. If items are temporarily out of stock, we will notify you with an updated estimated delivery date.

Delivery Attempts and Failed Deliveries
We will notify you when your order is dispatched. If the courier cannot deliver due to absence, incorrect address, or failure to collect from a pickup point, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, return and redelivery charges may apply. If the order is cancelled after a failed delivery, delivery costs, return charges, and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Local (Cyprus) Shipping Rates
All domestic orders are fulfilled by Akis Express and charged a flat €5 rate. It usually takes one working day for the order to arrive at your nearest Akis Express location.
