At Mythic Pulls TCG, your satisfaction is our priority. Please review our return and refund terms below before placing your order.

1. Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the day you receive your order.

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.

  • Products showing signs of tampering, unsealing, or use will not be accepted.

    Please include your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant photos.

Refund Options (Within 14 Days):

  • Full refund to the original payment method (excluding delivery costs).

  • Store credit, valid for 6 months (excluding delivery costs).

Refund Options (After 14 Days but within 30 Days):

  • Store credit only, valid for 6 months (excluding delivery costs).


2. Returns for Incorrect or Defective Products

We define:

  • Incorrect products as items received in the wrong quantity, variant, or item.

  • Defective products as items damaged upon arrival or containing manufacturing faults.

Return Deadline:
You must report and return incorrect or defective products within 30 days of receipt.

Return Requirements:

  • Items must be in their original packaging.

  • Submit your order number, issue explanation, and proof images.

Options Available:

  • Full refund including delivery charges.

  • Store credit valid for 6 months.

  • Replacement product (subject to availability).


3. Exclusions

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Opened or unsealed trading card products (due to the collectible nature of TCG items).

  • Requests made after 30 days (unless under extended warranty for defects).

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or non-compliance with usage guidelines.


4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using tracked shipping for all returns.
